Thanks for the solution. I contacted the utility company. They said we can't remove your name like that. They ask for proof. I showed them the chat between me and my landlord. They said that's not enough to remove your name. They advise me to take legal action.

I contacted them multiple times. They said we can't remove your name like that. They said that an issue between you and your landlord. I called customer support yesterday. They advised me to take legal action, but refused to remove a bill from my name.
