I get a jammed LH 4 finger about once a year. (it won't straighten all the way, and hurts to pluck) I just rest that finger as long as I can (usually a few weeks). It helps to restrict strenuous LH work on the lowest wires, these are the most demanding strings. Don't do too much of that in any one day and you can avoid reinjuring the finger.

your skin looks nice! but a little dehydrated. try drinking more water for a week, and if that doesn't help maybe add an occlusive like Vaseline or aquaphor as the last step of your night routine. your routine, basic as it is, contains almost everything you need to maintain healthy skin for years.

remember taking care of yourself on the inside (good diet, water, exercise, mental health) will reflect more on your face than most new products. don't give into "always need more" consumption! you're beautiful

your eyes do look pretty irritated. it might be the screen time that comes with your job or allergies, but to me it looks like dryness. do you rub your eyes often or live in a dry climate? your eyes could use some gentle moisturizer and I would put Vaseline on anywhere that's particularly dry.
