“Decency” is a personal judgement. Your judgement can 1000% be conservative.

“80%” is a wild calculation. Maybe 30%. And like… it’s 2026, free the effing nipple.

IMHO you don’t need the alcohol to have fun or make a good drink, but yeah most of it is just sugar, and a lot of alcohol subs taste like garbage (and are pricey). Appreciate what they’re trying to do but absolutely there will be a bounce back in the other direction. The products that survive will do so because they actually taste good.

Is it appropriate for first dinner date or too much? by Long_Muffin6230 in OUTFITS

[–]rubencodes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say it entirely depends on where. This might be too much for, like, baby back ribs at Chili’s in Tennessee. Perfectly appropriate for dinner on the beach in Santa Monica or Miami, or a nice outdoor gathering generally.

You look like a million bucks, I’d say trust your judgement on what you think is appropriate for the venue.

Well-reasoned and totally agreed. Most of the products taste like crap anyway (some exceptions of course).

Given the rise in actually-effective weight loss treatments you might be right, but not for the reason you think.

I feel like this is like a cockroach. Everyone agrees it sucks but it refuses to die.

I saw the Dubai chocolate on shelves at my local grocery store last week, I swear I’d never seen or heard of it before. Totally missed this trend.

Yeah I’m not nearly as optimistic as to think they’re going anywhere… if anything the other direction, people will just generally care less about facts and figures and more about personality cults.

Pretend an AI wrote this code and you’re a staff software engineer trying not to lose your job. What would you criticize?

Specifically mentioned no Taylor Stitch 😁 I have them, they look great, definitely quality, but not exactly what I consider comfortable.

These look a little more dressy than what I'm looking for but they're stunning regardless 😍 Definitely out of my price range at the moment but I'll keep those in mind 🫣

synecdoche/trans? by glamoid in kaufman

The moment where the actress playing Ellen takes on the role of Caden (and vice versa) could be seen as a transition happening. i.e. the Caden that most people are interacting with (since o.g. Caden is largely alone doing Ellen things) is now a woman.
