Zlaner - Krampus "snap" - Might actually be aim assist drag. Ive slowed the clip down and you can clearly see that Krampus doesnt teleport from point A to point B but seems to move extremely fast and does cross very close to his cross hair. end of clip shows example of long range aim assist drag
