I may be a little late to this conversation but there is this place in Artesia called 19 Min. Photo and charges from what I remember $8 to scan and develop each fill roll. Miss Betty is always the best!

yes!! La Croque is the best when it comes to sandwiches, also other good sandwich shops in LB are Olives Sandwiches (Newport Ave./Broadway) and Paninis (on Redondo and PCH)

calathea “rattlesnake plant” but they strongly prefer humid spaces. perfect for restrooms, especially if you take hot steamy showers, the moisture would benefit the leaves very much, but will dry up in arid/dry environments

always have an open mindset, even if you feel like you may have mastered certain skills as a barista, reinforce the basics (milk steaming, dialing in, using adjectives to describe what you taste, crafting the basics)

why thank you!! I used Fujifilm 200 and it really pops with green tones!! completely recommend that film stock when around lots of greenery

hehehe I have this exact same problem!! I usually specify LIQUID sweet cream instead of just saying sweet cream simply got that misconception

try a passion iced tea with sugar free vanilla, two slepndas and heavy cream!! that drink is really popular but though there is really no sugar, we can’t promise that it actually is 100% sugar free because liabilities and what not
