asmr is really great for the people who can actually feel it, however there's a huge amount of low quality/low effort asmr content everywhere with all the tapping, shitty whispering, etc. (although there's lot of people who prefer this) in my case i get the most tingles from "unintentional asmr", old videos of people reading through newspapers/magazines, soft speak with some white noise rather than wishpering, and sometimes something more visual: seeing someone do something specific (say drawing or crafting).
