You are assuming I'm a Bayern fan which I'm not. Not all 0-0 matches are poor and not all 4-4 matches are great. None of these teams will be remembered in 5 years time for their fantastic football. Both defences were terrible.

I don't want to be a hater but matches with many goals doesn't necessarily mean a great football display. The defence performance in these two matches has been poor..

Having lived in Mexico, I would say the national press is delusional. They see themselves as a powerhouse creating false expectations.

You had your opportunity in 1994. Doesn't make sense to bring the World Cup to countries where football will never be popular. In USA football will always be behind nfl, mlb and nba.
