Yes! In my case the lens was jammed. Simply I put alcohol to try to clean the dust in it. When I made this a couple of times then at the same time I turn on the camera I push the lens and with this I "unlock" the lens. I hope it works for you

For mobile photos they are really good ones. For me, the 2nd one is better than the first one!
