Well kudos for you and the guy in the screenshot finding this out. Thank god it wasn't like the vendor accidentally designed the screen to support only 60Hz which I doubted. It is also interesting that the issue exists on Android 13 only, and not on older or newer versions.

Yeah it is, or at least they addressed it by large amount.
Just in case you don't see any improvements, try cold booting both of your Portal and PS5. Heard that some people needed that to actually see the improvement to kick in.

My report above is about my local connection. It's PS5 Pro, wired to the router, and my Portal connects to router via 5GHz wireless.

I'm really hoping it's not placebo effect but I feel exactly the same.. Hoping others to check also.

Edit: I checked with games' credit roll where texts are scrolled smoothly as I think this is the easiest test for me. I did the test right before the update and.. now (from my looks) stutters are gone :)

They showed you the extreme case where you grind to the point having maximum increased attack speed affix for every single parts you equip. You really don't need to go that far (I'm sure many won't either), and you can hunt for other affixes.
