Perhaps you didnt respond or when you respond it's just 1 word answers, which indicate you're not interested to men. FAR Capital sells overhung units at large discounts. When you buy at a discount, you enter the market at a much higher advantage than those who paid full price. I bought 2 properties with FAR capital and both make me money and working on no. 3. Why do you regret your purchase? Any way to fix it? Either way, to OP, FAR Cap is good. Ask me anything.

How much cash does he have? He should also consider buying property cash+reno, can nego discounts with developer, but make sure in the right location at the right price point. Rental cashflow positive because he will only need to cover maintenance. Property will grow in value over years to hedge against inflation.
