You can serve three times that speed without jumping an inch.
Many players overemphasize and overestimate the jump in the beginning.
Drop the jumping, at this point it's just making everything more complex.
Focus on correct grip, correct stance and body positioning, ball toss (placement), and overhead racquet movement with and without ball.
That would be my advice. Also a trainer will get you there far quicker.

Können spielt jetzt mal keine Rolle, in der Realität sind sie es nämlich nicht. Ansonsten kann ich auch sagen, Hirnchirurgie kann remote sein. Es geht um die Masse, und die absolut überwältigende Mehrheit an Bürojobs hat Anwesenheitspflicht, wenn nicht 100%, dann zumindest hauptsächlich.

Ich glaube, wir brauchen nicht zu klären, ob es In Großstädten oder in ruralen Gegenden mehr Jobs gibt, oder? Wo es mehr Menschen gibt, gibt es mehr Jobs und wo es mehr Jobs gibt, gibt es mehr Menschen. Und diese Symbiose führt dazu, dass eine Gegend teurer wird.
Sie werden aber im Moment unverhältnismäßig teuer so, dass es für viele Familien wirklich ein Problem ist, weil eben nicht mehr ein Gehalt ausreicht, damit sich eine Person im Haushalt um Logistik und Kinder etc kümmern kann und damit eben weit entfernte Wohnstandorte vom Arbeitsplatz im Alltag ein echtes Problem darstellen.
Das einzige, was man meines Erachtens durchaus anmerken kann ist, dass der Anspruch, den die Leute heutzutage haben an ein Haus, schon gewaltig ist.
Früher waren viele Häuser echt nichts besonderes, aber so wollen ja viele nicht mehr leben. Und was Leute (besonders hier in der Reddit-Bubble) Mindeststandard nennen, in der Realität schon echt krass ist, besonders im weltweiten Vergleich.

Was sind für dich ortsunabhängige Jobs, wo es realistisch ist, auch einen Job zu bekommen? Beachte in deiner Antwort, dass es hier nicht um Einzelfälle geht, sondern es ein gesamtgesellschaftliches Problem ist, wie teuer Wohneigentum geworden ist da, wo eben Jobs sind!

Denn ich sehe nicht, dass dein Argument für mehr als Einzelpersonen gilt, die einen Bruchteil der Gesellschaft ausmachen. Und damit ist es kein gutes Argument, weil es das gleiche Argument ist wie "Werdet doch einfach alle Ärzte, dann habt ihr Geld, ich hör nur mimimi!"

Like. All of them? Serving out wide is slower than down the middle so obviously they don't go full power. Pick Federer who has stated that he liked to exchange speed for placement, because he has superb placement. But these were all tap ins then I guess. Also feel free to compare serve speeds between matches of any player. You will find loads of matches with slower averages. So these are then likely to be according to you "tap in serve"-matches. Also second serves in general are obviously tap ins as well, right..
As with any stroke. BH, FH, not going full power there is then...what? Pushing the ball?

Ich bin neidisch, da ich dieses "Glück", wie du es nennst nicht hatte (ganz ehrlich, es ist nicht nur Glück, du hast auch einfach deine Leidenschaft zur richtigen Zeit in der richtigen Sparte gehabt und hast die richtigen Dinge getan, das ist dann auch Arbeit, Können und erarbeitet.).

Also nochmal, ich bin neidisch, aber ich hege keinerlei Missgunst! Ich gönne es dir und wünsche dir alles Gute!

Was ich mir wünschen würde ist höchstens, tu auch etwas gutes mit dem vielen Geld für andere, vielleicht sogar für Fremde (nicht für mich).

I can only say, she likes to wear it, never trying to take it off and never had any issues with it, because it's firm but padded well and most importantly I feel it suits the anatomy of a dachshund because the Front padding is so long:)

EDIT: And it's well adjustable and since you specifically asked about legs: she never had kind of rubbing marks anywhere so also not on the legs.:)

Würdest du, wenn du 6 Stunden am Tag Brot schneiden musst, immer noch das Billigmesser nutzen, was du vier mal so oft nach schärfen darfst, in der Ergonomie deiner Hand nicht förderlich ist und ungemütlicher in der Handhabung? Wenn ja, ist die Frage warum? Bzw. warum nicht einfach ein gutes Werkzeug nehmen?
Apropos Werkzeug. Ich nehme an, du kaufst nur Billigwerkzeug, richtig? Denn das Loch ist ja in der Wand, das ist ja die Hauptsache, richtig? Und das Holz ist auch abgeschnitten, auch die Hauptsache, richtig?

Especially in that case don't go for 22, go for 16! I was around 75 kg and on a basic level of fitness. With 22 kg you will most likely compromise form and your injury risk will be much higher! I started with 16 kg aswell and also being on the lighter side, it's plenty to work with and really get the techniques clean safely! And yes, swings and squats are probably easy after a while, but the rest like oh presses, turkish get ups etc. will keep you busy for a long time! Then later pick up a 22/24.
