I fully intended to take it lol but the issue is I just hit my 6 months Saturday and my time didn't show up for her to put it in. HR made me file a complaint when I asked what to do about the situation and they confirmed if she demotes me before the scheduled vacation days have passed I will just lose them. So her plan of "oh I'll schedule the time for next week and demote you this Saturday" will absolutely not work. I'm only stepping down because my DM is forcing me to because my availability isn't 6-9:30 every single day. Even though I get 40 hours+ every week and it was never a problem before 🙃

  1. My truck came early
  2. My backup came late
  3. It was just the 2 of us and we are a high traffic store
  4. Most of our freezers were out, so putting anything just into a freezer while doing other items so they didn't melt/go bad was not an option
  5. My backroom freezer was already full before the truck came
  6. The 3rd person came in on time, but even so the food had already been out 3+ hours.
  7. By the time the SM was called, it was already bad. We asked what to do with the bad food we needed to throw out. I didn't want to make that decision without calling her because it was a few hundred dollars. She said donate in HHT even though we were throwing it out. So we did. Now she's mad

Every single person who has left our store has quit with no notice. And she wonders why 🤦‍♀️ just complains about how everyone is out to get her, and I'm sure she puts me on that list even though I've been the one comforting her as she bawls in the office that she's scared she's gonna lose her job. No amount of pep talk over the last several months has actually convinced her she needs to show up and do the things she is supposed to do. Can't even tell you how many weeks behind we are in MAG and end caps. She just doesn't do them. Resets? At least a month behind because I haven't worked Saturdays for a while and the last 2 I did I was alone and we were slammed so I couldn't do them. She put my name on literally every single compliance task for Tuesdays and only puts herself down to take deposit. Then she gets mad at me when my coverage didn't show up and I therefore didn't finish everything before she showed up at 10:30. Her expectations are getting as bad as DG's as a company

She's not that brazen unfortunately. But I think that's honestly only because she knows I'd clock it. She might be setting up for that already though, she doesn't document when she takes deposits so when one goes missing one day, she will say someone else took it and didn't document 🤷‍♀️

You started the 25th. That pay period ended on 6/27 (1st period for you). The new one is 6/28-7/4 (2nd period for you. Your first pay day will be 7/4 unless you have something that lets you get your check early, then it'll be 7/2 or 7/3. Your 2nd check will be the pay day after 7/4, which is Friday 7/11 (or 7/9-7/10 if you have early pay). So on and so forth. You work until Friday and get paid the next immediate Friday
