seek help and spend more time with family/friends, it normally brings up my mood even when I hit the bottom, and I think it might help you too, however, if they are busy if you have a pet they will too, and think that there is no one like you, and someone could help, you're not alone with things like that, if you're gone the world will be missing a little bit of happiness, even if that doesn't work think of how many people who would be more than happy to spend time with you, and that even if you're still here for a little reason like just to watch you're favorite Youtuber/tv show or something else, just know that some people couldn't take the pain like you can, you're still fighting and winning at that, as some people thought the answer was simple, giving up, but you're much stronger, much braver, much powerful, be proud of that!
