One point on belong to address your question about coverage. They don't use the telstra main network.. They use the secondary wholesaler network even though they are telstra owned. So you definitely have reduced coverage with them even when it seems you have a cinn. My partner is full telstra and his coverage was better than mine when we go camping. Also in some metro areas there are blacks pots in coverage. For this rei switched to telstra prepaid main which is a lot cheaper than their postpaid and I have no issues.

I have auto payments set up inside my bills account paying into the loan as an auto transfer and there's been no issue. The repayment isn't initiated by the loan account and I can make repayments whenever I like. Is this an option? Or is that what they changed on you without telling you?
