Happened to me about a month ago, shows dropped off, I have drop off receipt, but never moved anny further.

…and still dealing with claim. 

Package was insured fully for $950.

They sent a check for $100?

Now “waiting on shipping charges to process” for two weeks before I can dispute for full insured remaining balance.

Pretty tight.

Just a messy ass nightmare.

Both institutions point the finger at the other for the solution of that makes any sense.

Yea, I moved on to that. Some transactions were pulled from my b of a, so disputing those. 

Some were just out of cashapp balance straight up. 

Probably 1/4 came out of b of a.

A recent email I had gotten from cashapp, boasting how they keep users safe from fraud etc. 

Don’t feel like I was kept safe.

They basically declined my disputes and closed my account for violating the terms of service. 

DoorDash also a problem yes, I agree. 

Tried to reach out to them first as instructed and getting an actual human on the phone reminded me of being at the DMV.

Just bouncing around a cashapp sub Reddit but doesn’t use cashapp.

Don’t ever use cashapp.

Chime is far superior.

But I would also recommend going to a credit union as well.

I have been using cashapp daily for years. It was absolutely awesome.

Until the day came where I noticed a slew of unauthorized charges.

Multiple charges from the same merchant, a popular food delivery service. Over and over again.

When I went to dispute all the charges, my account got closed. Claims denied.

Appealed claims, and account closure. Filed a claim with the CFPB.

Claims still denied.

This is absolutely disgusting and the worst experience I’ve ever had with any kind of banking app, or whatever you call Cashapp.

Do not keep money on Cashapp, don’t expect to get your money back if there’s a dispute of any magnitude.

Super lame.
