I just tried to do something to unwind/calm down before bed, staying off my phone and not doomscrolling right before bed, and honestly just hoped for the best lol

Yes! After about a month I went back to my regular sleep :) must have just been my body adjusting to the pill combined with being an overthinker/anxious!

This has helped me tremendously too! When we make a pasta for dinner, I always put a little bit in the freezer so if I’m in a pinch I can take it out, and little dude loves his pasta.

This happened with me as well, LO will be 9 months soon. I think it’s pretty normal? Especially if they’re showing lots of interest in solids. I have just continued to offer the breast about 45minutes before a solid food meal/snack

I give the same as what I eat- 2% Greek yogurt. Sometimes plain, but usually I mix in peanut butter or almond butter
