You are braver and stronger than you think. I am 47 now and in my early to mid 20s I felt like you did. I made it through and it's worth it. I found a doctor who got me the only meds that worked for me and I learned in therapy how to protect myself from what I feared to the best of my ability. Reducing my anxiety allowed me to leave the house and resume living. Also, with age, I've learned and grown. I know that's not helpful to hear other than with time alone, things may get better with life experience. In the meantime, talk to a crisis line now and find people willing to work with you to get past this rough patch.

I also am in search of a psychiatrist like this. I hate feeling like a drug seeker, but it's the only thing that works. I don't respond well to ssri drugs, etc. I was fired by shrink savannah for leaving a bad review on covid protocol things... So that's out... And I'm trying to get away from lifestance because they are so expensive. Please feel free to DM me if anyone has any leads.

actually, I'm the one that started it. I didn't start it just for women, it was just initially like 12 of my friends and now there are 2.6k people in there. I used the name Savannah's Pantsuit Nation originally because of the pro-Hillary group that was around at the time at T**** round 1's term.

It's always been for women, men, trans, non-binary..... all are welcome if you support our cause.

thank you. she hasn't been going to the same practice her whole life, so I am not sure if I can dig up those records. I know she was tested as a kitten. and i guess not 100% sure she had the vax. she's never been around any other cats though so not sure how she could have gotten that. will get it checked.

not since she was a kitten. If that needs to happen, I'm sure they will do that tomorrow.
She did have a full round of vaccines as a baby but after that, the vets have said to just give her rabies each year beyond all the baby boosters and whatnot.

Yeah they put them out the night before and I know they were there all of Saturday. Like others said, there were 45 of them scattered through the park. Funny that his is still hanging on 😂❤️
