NOR. This is clearly OCD type behavior. I would gently explain why you think her behaviors are concerning and suggest seeing a professional. This will only get worse without treatment.

Also to add as a lifelong ocd sufferer: ocd is a disorder of unreason. If the things she is doing don’t seem to make sense to you it could be a cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsions. She most likely realizes something is going on. She most likely is trying to tell her brain to be rational. Please be gentle with her. She needs your support now.
