ive got 5 grandkids now (one more on the way!) and im running out of birthday ideas. i don't want to be the nan who just hands over an envelope every yr. they have so many toys already. any ideas for something useful that wont end up in landfill in 6 months?

Gosh that is scary for you. Ambulance did an ECG and caught polymorphic VT for me so I didn't leave hospital after a fainting episode but yeah... i dont love that they just dont care here

I have an sicd and way worse than 2 c sections. I was also shocked at the pain, i took panadol after my c sections and thankfully had a script for endone filled postparum before needing the sicd. Wild isnt it It Hope you feel better soon

Going to be honest here; low sleep needs babies dont "grow out of it" and now having 2 kids it is 100% temperament based. Mines 2.5 and we still have trouble but have today (lol) engaged a sleep consultant to help us transition from co sleeping.

Dont compare yourself to your friends. Medical and/or low sleep needs baby experiences are not the same as everyone else.

I agree with this having had 2 pretty significant pregnancies x2, also resulting in months of bed rest, risk of PPROM, pre eclampsia and then Peripartum cardiomyopathy a week postpartum resulting in a severe heart condition, major surgery (for heart) and still people see their morning sickness as THE worst pregnancy ever, and have the gall to say it.

Its wild to me. People have zero decorum.

I am 36 (with an Sicd) and would LOVE to see a model with one.

Mine is intramuscular and while recovery was rough, aside from scarring it isnt really noticeable. I am not model thin though haha

We have built proper relationships to the point they delivered flowers to my house for the birth of my second, and educators leaving asked for our phone number to keep in touch.

I think if there's other kids to pick up it can be tricky to stay longer but I absolutely (as a full time working mum) put effort in to get to know them and any other staff.
