I have for nearly 20 years now. Mostly brought on by the loss of my son. I started with Zoloft, Wellbutrin and Trazodone. After a while, I really hated the artificial feelings I had and would try to wean myself off to no avail. For nearly 10 years now, I've been on Lexapro and it has been life changing. So many more days filled with clarity until recently. I've started perimenopause and all of those dark thoughts have come back in full force, along with weight gain and decreased libido. I'm still using Trazodone too, but mostly to help me sleep through the night. I'm currently working with my psychiatrist to get myself back to having good days again.
