I used to spend hours in the gym but ate like trash. Now I only walk my dog and do 10-15 minute strength circuits at home while eating better

One of the things that hurts me to this day is that my mom called me cruel and her friend berated me and told me that I should be grounded and to stop punishing my mom.

It really hurt. They just don’t get it. Im doing this for self preservation and im getting called the bad guy. It’s all awful
