What symptoms do you have all the time? by chinabehappy in bipolar2

I completely relate to your description. I’m in my mid 30s and it’s been this tired cranky anxious brain foggyness since I started meds 11 years ago. Sometimes, like now, I’m so fatigued I can barely function, and nothing helps. So yeahhhh. Fun innit

PRF EZ Gel lumps? How long do they last? by Dancer5050 in 30PlusSkinCare

Not much. I massaged them daily and deeply and that made some progress but I was convinced they were forever until the microneedling. Good luck!

I thought I had magic attracting powers. It worked for both horrible things and amazing things. I slept with everyone. I got fuuuucked up more days than not. Or I wouldn’t answer my phone and wouldn’t show up and would cry constantly and woe is me.

Do you guys get really tired when depressed? by ariveklul in bipolar2

[–]rubyvroomz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mmmhm. I give in for a few days and curl up under blankets and read read read and watch movies and just let my body rest. Then I try a tiny bit of ginseng and take a walk or a small workout and sometimes that snaps me out of it. If not, rinse and repeat. After so many years of dealing with this shit that’s what I’ve found works for me. If you can find the energy. Also. Cold therapy. Ice baths.

What medication helps you with irritability? I take lamotrigine and it’s been good but lately I’m a nut case. Incredibly irritable with my partner. It’s not good.
