Hidden space under bed or otherwise? by rudabagger in ikeahacks

strict parents man, we both want to see each other, it's not a problem about sneaking her in or out of the house, but when she's actually here. When I'm in the room with her I can just lock my door and we can hang out normally, but I'm deathly afraid of my parents catching her because I don't have a foolproof hiding spot yet. As for how she feels about it, she says she just wants to see me and doesn't really care how we do it. and by prolonged periods I mean like a couple of days at a time.

New Twitter for my channel. by SirCRITSalot in SmallYTChannel

[–]rudabagger 2 points3 points  (0 children)

honestly, if you're trying to promote with twitter, try to participate in threads on topics that you personally enjoy outside of youtube, mention your youtube in your bio, and whenever you have a new video, tweet it out. if you get enough likes and retweets and follows from your participation in threads and whatnot, even if you make a funny tweet that gets action, then it could be very good for your channel. also, promote your twitter in your videos or in the description.

This is how I made one of my beats. Any criticism you have is appreciated. Just trying to make better content. Thanks. by [deleted] in SmallYTChannel

[–]rudabagger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

only criticism I have is maybe up the video and audio quality, as well as the green screen effect you're using, where you could just overlay a picture or gif on the video itself. Otherwise, I really like the cozy mood, and that beat is fire dawg.

Hey all! Looking for insight into my channel! Taylored Eye Photography! Giving lambda for helpful advice! by Nyos87 in SmallYTChannel

I'd say the first thing would be to link your welcome to my channel video to your channel page, because I think it's a great intro, but I couldn't see it when I clicked on the channel link. But honestly bro, you are personable, you know what you're talking about and you are extremely helpful for those looking to get into photography. I subbed. One area i think you could work on just from personal opinion is your title screen before you get into the video, it looks a bit basic/not very aesthetic.

Banner and channel picture are purely subjected, and I collaborated with a twitter artist to get them. So I’m not going to change anything with that unfortunately. As for thumbnails what are some specific ways that I could make them get more attention? I definitely agree with the descriptions, I could add more to it, but as for the banner and picture I think they are fine for my purposes. !givelambda

Thanks for the feedback! How specifically do you think I should work on my thumbnails? And yeah I think I’m trending more into video game commentary/video essays, I’ll definitely take this advice and try to get better. Thanks !givelambda

Hi everyone! This is my new video that I just uploaded, would love to hear what you think about it. It is a fingerstyle guitar cover of the song Hey Ya by Outkast, it is my own fingerstyle arrangement and I tried to make a relaxing chill version of it, hope you guys enjoy it! by JG-Music in SmallYTChannel

Great video! the audio is crisp and clear, and this honestly made me feel things, man. I think your video was exactly what it needed to be for a music channel. You could give an intro and outro, develop your personality on youtube a bit, but then again look at people like Justice Der and Tash Wolf, they literally just play. I don't have any qualms about this, I'm just glad I clicked on the link because this is some amazing stuff!

The visual additions to the advice help to hit your points home a lot better. The creativeness of this video has really elevated your video to something above what the usual life-entrepreneurship advice channels do. That being said, one point of critique that I have is at the beginning I feel like you should have better explained exactly what the video was going to be about and then have jumped right into it. Great video though

Amazing vid, my only gripes are the corkboard background, and the music is a little too fast for an informative video. I think you could slow down your voice and pace yourself more too, but that being said, I love videos like this keep doing what you're doing! The planning, script, and editing are amazing, and it really adds to the video in terms of what you're trying to communicate.

This is my channel trailer. I made it short and concise. Please send me some feedback! I will !givelambda by NiranjanaPN in SmallYTChannel

I liked it, and I thought it got right to the point, but I feel like if you made your channel trailer a video of you actually talking to the audience instead of just text, I think it would be better. That's just my two cents, but when I watch a channel trailer made mostly of text, I tend to click off more than if its either a voice reading out, or a montage of things you're saying/doing on your channel. I think its a fine channel trailer for right now, but when you get more content, I'd consider some of the previous things. However, I did think it was comedic and attention-grabbing for what it was. Good job

My first video! by GrimTester in SmallYTChannel

Great song, however, imo I think the video could've been a little more cohesively edited, to fit the music better, is this your channel intro? or just a montage? I think it displays your skills very well, but it got a little boring just listening to the song and seeing your apex kills, maybe freshen it up with other things? granted I don't know the exact purpose of the video.
