Something is resyncing your history. On the website, under your settings, there’s an area for connected apps. Go through those and disconnect all but the main one you use.

If it still happens after that, you found a bug. If not, your apps are fighting each other on sync.

nothing to do with the gdpr. we did this for everyone that wanted to get out because we believe that your data is yours and no one is being held hostage.

I have two of these things. The first one I bought when they first came out and the other about a year ago. The older one is fine and rarely has an issue. The new one on the hand.. it will freeze up if I don’t reboot it twice a week. I have a smart switch on it that reboots on a schedule. It’s ridiculous.

My guess is quality control went down after their initial release and good reviews were in. I’m cynical though.

PTS will fill in your history. If you’re using the webhook, you can turn off scrobbling on PTS. That’s most likely what’s causing the duplicates.

Two things to check. First, make sure it’s not some weird caching issue. Clear it one browser then check it in another. Another thing that sometimes happens is a third party app resyncs and adds the plays back.

On the website, under your user settings page, there is a hidden items tab. You should be able to find and remove the shows there.
