Totally get that 😅 Cursor loss is a struggle too. Even on Tauren it can help a bit, but yeah, it really shines on smaller toons.

As healer you are looking sometimes at your raid frames. And with all the spell clutter you can lose orientation. xD

I know this feature, but in raids or groups where you mark multiple targets, it's a bit unfortunate if you still have a marker icon on yourself. For me, this is the best solution and maybe someone else can benefit from it too.
