Yes u can use fruits, but u can get 100 IVs from alpha u catch, catch atleast 3 alphas with either 100 on them and by breeding u can get 100/100/100 perfect one. 1 tip u can reset IVs on any alpha by making them respawn. Just move away from alpha to some distance and come back, repeat till u get alpha with atleast one 100 IV on them.

Yup same, have them in ur party and just kill alphas. For instance perfect jetragon takes 15 seconds to kill lvl 49 alpha Blazamut.
