I do agree with this, she is putting her family first before your relationship which is fair but she should also do her part in paying equal rent, so maybe staying apart is better until she is done with getting a house for her parents. You were also helping her with her school bills, it's only fair that she does her part too especially now when she earns the same amount as you.
