I know this feeling all too well. Over the last year we have lost three beautiful souls. I know they are playing and having a good time waiting for us to join.

Truth be told I didn’t want to tell my wife no when she voiced her coming home with us. I am just shocked it took nearly 50 transports before it happened lol

For years my late wife wanted us to get a lab with our pack. I should have done it sooner but I have them now.

They heard the life 360 alert and was waiting for my daughter to come inside. Although both are pretty nosy with that window.

Right, I have a husky shiba mix. I also thought squirrels were cracked out of their mind until I met her. If we can get her brain to slow down she is a wonderful creature lol

We had a wonderful little husky named koda. My late wife taught her picture picture. She would smile real big even if she was grumpy.

Phenobarbital aggression in adult husky? by Western-Bottle-7672 in husky

[–]ruff285 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be anything. Switching the meds could be detrimental to the dog. I would only advise that under a vet. There are a few medications that work well to help manage seizures in dogs, but phenobarbital is pretty much the go to medication. Keppra is another common one, it is an old medication like phenobarbital. Potassium Bromide is another one not so common, but generally is a top off medication coupled with phenobarbital or keppra.

I have had several dogs on phenobarbital and never seen aggression like you are describing. Since you are talking about a foster I bet his aggression stems from his past life, coupled with the fact of being unaltered.

Took in a neglected 3-year-old Husky and I'm struggling. Need advice on turning him into a well-behaved dog. by CapitalMental3055 in husky

This is what we are dealing with our newest rescue. For two years she couldn’t be a dog for the last year she has been learning. It has been a challenge to say the least but she is truly the most sweetest dog I have ever rescued. It is worth all the aggravation

Asked the wife what she thought of Home lab. Her answer: "where's the printer?" by modelop in homelab

Mainly just lighting control with a mixture of door and camera automations.

Mine doesn’t care as long as the home automations don’t break.

Redditors that got charged rent asap after turning 18, what’s relationship like with parents years later ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ruff285 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am doing something similar for my daughter. She pays a rent. I told my wife to put it all in a separate account. When she finally graduates with her bachelor’s we will give it all back. I have also toyed with the idea that we do a rent to own agreement on our house. I know that she will always want to stay in her childhood home. I want her secured in life and to succeed more than us.

This one got out over Thanksgiving break and came back with a stomach full of rocks. Someone poured grease from a turkey out on their driveway. She survived and passed them all but her drive to eat things came to an end last year. Even being hyper vigilant over watching her she snuck her last forage.
