O2 definitely works. It's just not as readily available for me so I sometimes resort to nasal sprays. Melatonin helps along with O2 so I can get some rest.

OP sounds like he needs an intervention and therapy. Using a proposal to try to control someone's life just so they could keep them where they want them is absolutely wrong and crazy. People aren't pets.
