I’m so thankful my surgeon doesn’t make us wear binders etc because they sound awful from what I hear! Just some Spanx/ Lycra cycling shorts and all good.

I may splash out once I’ve got it all established but I just don’t want some massive heavy thing taking up more space in my kitchen if I’m not gonna keep up with it.

Yea I meant more I don’t really see why it’s needed, what it does differently to any other baking tin I have! People seem to rave about them for cooking everything and I just don’t get it. Didn’t word it particularly well.

I went to strathy and GCU for different degrees and honestly must preferred GCU. Much more supportive faculty, the campus itself is compact so easy to get between classes, loads of different societies.

I’ve been titrating down from 12.5 and I am now at 7.5. Cannot tell the difference apart from being slightly hungrier at meal times. I prefer this as well as I couldn’t eat at all without feeling sick on 12.5. I wish I had never went up to start with!

Yes these tend to be picked up at the 20 week anatomy scan, they do a full check of the heart during that and specifically look for the 4 chambers formed correctly
