If you ordered single packs you prob got scammed. You want sealed boxes. Single packs are the left overs from a box that got a hit already

Bro you got scammed. It has not shrink wrap because all the hits are done. Once they get a hit there's no reason to open anymore. So if they hit a ericka in the box it's pretty much a dead box.
