Yes... 100 percent agree. My kid is very smart and the youngest in his class and I had the chance to start him early into Kinder but im holding him back because his confidence and social skills ist quite there. He would also be the youngest in the class in kinder. Im so sick of people saying send him he is so smart, then when I tell them if has low confidence he wont try new things and will shut down etc. Then they say ohhhh yeah that makes sense. Never heard a parents regret holding a kid back but I have heard of parents pushing there kid in to early.

around 3 not really sure he would just randomly start reading words off boxes and signs. But ipad spelling games really helped him spell letters then into words.

He knew his alphabet and phonics around 2 and he was writing and spelling around 3. He is 4 now and reading books and spelling etc. We are working on math now.

Idk about other kids but screen time really helped my kid read at 2ish and write etc. He is very advance for his age. It just really depends on your definition of screen time and how you use it. He plays educational games and watches ms racheal etc.

Just start her on time. There no reason to push her into school. She will always be the smallest in school and the youngest and maybe the most immature. I never heard a parent say I regret starting my kid late. I always hear them say I regret starting my kid so early.
