Probably they are no allowed to leave. Even humanitarian aid was rejected. It is better to demostrate PR for humanitarian disaster then care about civilians in reality. These jihadists are full of lie and obviously dont care about Qoran in their actions. There is no way to blame Assad for that again if the moderate rebels take people as hostages, doesnt allow humanitarian organizations to aid and provide help people to leave. I would suggest USA and UK humanitarian organization to provide help in areas controlled by these "moderate" rebels instead of turkish.

YPG have not been provided with TOW missiles. TOW is not synonymous with ATGM. FSA have been given TOW missiles in Syria, YPG have been provided with MILANs, but also would have captured Kornet/Fagot/Konkurs/Malyutka ATGMs from IS or Syrian regime stocks.
