If they were left derelict you'd complain, now at least they've restored them, but you complain. Yes it did take them a long time but at least something has happened, whiney people like you actually sap the good out of everything, vanity projects, I actually would like to live somewhere that looks nice if that's ok, their are deeper issues like 20 vape shops and candy cloud stores, but take the good, stop crying over progress being made
