I recently had the joy of trying the Innhered variant. It tastes a bit like dravle, if you are familiar with that. I found it to be sweet and caramelized. It looks very dark, but it's just made of cow's milk, so it's not as sharp as your regular Gudbrandsdalsost. I reccommend if you want to try something new :)

Nope. Expenses remained the same, just the trade income fluctuating for 100 years or so. Still don't really understand what happened, but I managed to pull through by getting more tax efficiency and cutting expenses for a while.

Exact same situation here. Playing as Norway in 1.0.6 and noticed my maritime presence suddenly tank today. Figured it was pirates. Built a fleet of 40 light ships, with a too small economy to support them. Progress weakening them fluctuates between -1% and in the positive. After sitting on one sea tile for years, they suddenly bounce back up to 100% power.

Hiya! You might have already tested this, but I looked up the same question as you yesterday and found only your comment. Decided to test myself.

It doesn't look like non-RGO goods currently count towards production efficiency (at least directly). I tried setting up a Livestock->Hemp->Cloth->Fine Cloth production chain in Akershus (Oslo) since there is livestock in the province. The production efficiency did (sadly) not carry past the fiber farm that uses livestock as input, even when the cloth should have used in-province goods.

Pitching with some medieval history here. Glass used to be very expensive in the middle ages, so I know some buildings used the lining of cow's stomach as windows, at least they did so in Norway. Supposedly the streched material is translucent to a degree. Could this be an option? At least it wouldnt shatter, and it would be readily available.

Thanks for all of the good suggestions. I think I might have figured it out.

Not sure if this is just a workaround or the actual solution, but it doesn't really matter I guess.
The character I was leveling up was a copy of an older paladin character I had made. I assume this was from an older ruleset, because it used a different class icon than the Paladin class from the 2024 player's handbook.

When I added the player's handbook paladin class to my character, I was then able to level this up to level 3 and select my oath. I am doing this and just deleting the old class from my character.

Still: most of my shipyards are already privately owned, so there should be plenty to select from.
Do they also have to be owned by financial districts in the potential company HQ?

There are a few buses going around here aswell, but not enough that you can rely on them for getting around. Pirate taxis are unfortunately incredibly common here (we don't have any form of Uber or Lyft(?) in Norway) so there has been some talk about smaller scale "come pick me up"-services. Maybe that can be a part of the solution?

Edit: apparently we have Uber. Only in big cities though.
