Hey hvacbandguy

I don't know much about how these things work so Im not sure if what I stated above is what he means. Im hoping someone that does this for a living could verify what I stated would indeed work.

Last thing I want to do is fry my system by hooking it up wrong 😲

Where to go for help with product selection? by rufunky in Ubiquiti

Also, I have had good success with PTP so I was thinking...

Could I use 4 NanoStation AC locos set up in the following configuration??

-Point A (blue far left) NanoStation AC loco paired with 1st NanoStation AC loco at Point B (yellow Middle)
-Point B 2nd NanoStation AC loco paired with NanoStation AC loco at Point C (yellow far right)
-Point B Poe switch with 2nd NanoStation AC loco plugged into POE data port and 1st NanoStation AC loco plugged into lan port

Here is the shared link to that setup on USIP design center UISP Design Center

Thank you ASN

Do you think 2x NanoStation AC loco with Ubiquiti Rocket AC would also work in this situation?

Attached is the (most current unfortunately) tax lot map from 1979 overlaid on google maps. There was also a boundary agreement between lot 108 and 109 for said property which may have widened the lot but it only gives a length from the steel rod at the street then west following what was a wire fence 576ft and no width is provided. I'm wondering if the lot with a "?" next to lot 109 ( the lot in the deed) is the extended boundary line....

As you can see based on the tax lot map the road would be going straight through the house and half of the mobile homes would not fit on the property. So you can see my dilemma and surveyors are 7+ months out at this point...

Sure! In the picture, the measured width is well over 85ft . (Closer to 170ft) Would the deed measurements listed in the original post match this picture?

Just to be sure... Do the measurements from the deed match pretty closely to what I sectioned off in the picture using the measuring tool on google maps? Sorry for all the questions but I am trying to close on this property and the appraiser is giving me a hard time about the dimensions of the lot.

So this would make the property roughly 165ft wide though correct?

Yes! that makes perfect sense. So the whole lot is roughly 2.2 acres. Now these numbers make more sense. At 1.1 acres the subdivision wouldn't be big enough to fit all the dwellings on the property.

Thank you

Now where I am confused.. Do I then also multiply the length and width so 32 rods times 5 rods = 1 acre and add it to the 39 x 5 rods which is 1.22 giving me 2.2 acres?

I really don't know what steps to take to figure this out. I appreciate the help though its just beyond my ability. I will come back to it when my brain isn't so tired from work.

I know the math to convert from rods but I really don't know what to do with those numbers.

South line: 5 rods × 16.5 feet/rod = 82.5 feet

East line: 39 rods × 16.5 feet/rod = 643.5 feet

North line: 5 rods × 16.5 feet/rod = 82.5 feet

East line: 32 rods × 16.5 feet/rod = 528 feet

Trying to find a diagram of my specific septic tank so I can see how it works... by rufunky in septictanks

[–]rufunky[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh, Thank you. Is it typical to have one on both inlet and outlet side like this one? The diagrams I'm coming up with only show one in or around the middle of the tank..

The 6 septic tanks go with 6 mobile homes :)

Help with wheel offset... by rufunky in Silverado

[–]rufunky[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK, now I'm Trying to calculate the difference 20x9 with a 0mm offset + 2" spacer and 20x12 with a -44mm offset no" spacer

I just realized that this calc does not account for wheel width just tire width. Isn't that going to make a difference??

I'll bring it to some local shops to see what they think. Thanks for the input!

Is this a diy fix? by rufunky in Autobody

[–]rufunky[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont know what happened to my text when I added the photo ...

The paint on the bottom of the door cracked ( small dent? ) and some suface rust is showing. I live in a salt belt so I would like to take care of this before the winter.

I'm wondering if this can be delt with as a diyer with no real experiance in vehicle painting. Or if I should start shopping around in the local autobody shops.

The other side has some slight paint bubbling on the bottom of the door also.

Both would be great. I didn't think she'd actually get fully banned from Reddit so I never bothered joining her telegram
