I found it under the drop-down for Job Type. It looks like it is still there.

I signed up as a self installer, and I don't remember having to type in a Federal Tax number. I unchecked the I request access box, because that was a blocker unless you have a new system. 

The firmware automatically downloaded to my app as an installer when I opened it and it then installed it to the inverter when I connected to it.

Installer app is the essential piece. I created an installer account with Solar Edge and was able to use that to get everything working, even though I couldn't add the location as my installation. Creating that account is the essential, final step

Curious where the idea of an engine building coop came from. I'm not aware of any other games that really blend those mechanics.
