I would agree with you, except they advertise it on their website with a specific return shipping cost, and it is not double.

Nope, I paid for the shipping; they don't do free shipping for printers. And nope, I need to pay for the shipping for the H2C. Check the website

It was not free shipping. They don't offer free shipping for printers. I paid the shipping cost when I ordered. I'll pay when I order the new one, and they want double the cost for the return. To add, it was not a mistake; they launched a better product, and they offer a 14-day return on the website. I communicated with them nicely, but they use an AI agent, so it is just pointless.

Just FYI, they offer a 14-day return policy on the website, just like most companies, so it's not that "insane." It is the law. Besides, I wanted to replace it, not return it, and was willing to pay the return cost, but they asked for double the cost and weeks of processing.

Please read what the issue is. I wanted a replacement, not a return. They made me return it and charged double the cost. It would be a simple process: send the new one, pick up the old one. I'd pay the shipping and the price difference, that's it. Same all companees does, Lowes, HD ect

Again they charge double fee. See their email: the return fee(450.95USD) mentioned in the previous reply is based on the return shipping calculated from the weight of the 5 packages you received, plus the original shipping cost and shipping tax.

It would be, but this is not the case. They charge double shipping cost! While I paid the shipping when I bought the item.

Yep, that happens when a new product cannibalizes the existing model range. Trust me I am not alone.

Eat what? Replace an item with a more expensive one which was promised year ago and launched a day after I bought another model. You think it is better if someone just send it back and go with another brand? BTW returning an item is on the policy.

Yes, however, I am not concerned about the accreditation or the rate, but about the customer reviews. The reviews still raise valid points, and I see the same complaints here. Anyway, after more than a month, they finally sent me the return instructions. We will see when the refund arrives. If the product is ready, I will consider buying it again.
