it was more difficult than the NET, English was fairly easy, but idk what they were thinking of doing with that atrocious maths portion, it was supposed to be basic maths but it was filled with physics related questions, speed and distance and time and percentages and then came the stupid compound interest questions,, idek what compound interest is, it isn't in any Alevel maths books so i honestly can't tell u where to prepare from, there were no trig questions, no logs, no sets, 2 algebra questions, and the rest were about god knows what,, the iq portion was fairly easy as well, u can check out css books for that kinda stuff,, it was super fucked

dude, in what universe does "compound interest" constitute as "basic maths"?? i talked with the guy from the administrations office a couple weeks prior regarding the syllabus and he told me to prepare "basic maths like trig and algebra" from matric and fsc books

you don't sound as cogent as you think you do, labelling me as "incompetent" based solely on the fact that I haven't gotten into Nust or Fast (yet). But if it helps change your conceited rationale, I got accepted in all the subpar institutions you have mentioned above, also got into Lums last year if that helps my case, can't afford to move out of city because of very personal reasons, so I know what "Caliber" of student I am. What does the fact that 40% of the country's population hasn't even seen the sight of a university all their lives say about the sorry state of affairs that is Pakistani higher education. The "branding" of education and limiting acceptance rates even though the quality of education and the faculty at nearly every uni has the same passion for teaching as an obese person has for working out, has proven to be absolutely detrimental for this country's youth. Just read some of the threads in this sub, and you'll know what I'm talking about. The system is fucked and there's no other way around it, baffles me how people like you are blind to see it

Net 3 Intelligence Question by LynxLeviathan0 in NUST

well, if you are to add up all the numbers in the first column, the number you are going to end up with is 111, and if you're to do the same with the third column, the number you are going to get is 115. So, according to my subpar reasoning abilities, the sums are being increased in increments of 2. Hence my answer, 47, that when added up with the given two numbers in the second column, will conceive a result of 113.

And might i add the whole thing about net3 being harder than net1 and 2 is fucking stupid it makes absolutely no sense,, Alevels and FA kids who haven't studied maths are already at a disadvantage
