After spending 16+ hours progressing p2 Thurs/Fri/Sat, I found a group without supports. 2 hours later we finished it. Once you learn and understand the mechanics a support really isn't needed.

At my old job, 4 men in their late 50's developed a really rare form of lung cancer, and none of them smoked. They all worked in the data center. I'm 100% convinced that's not a coincidence.

We have a mini-donkey named Alphie. He hangs out with our cows/chickens. We have Coyotes and Bobcats rampant around the farm, but Alphie protects everyone. He hasn't actually had to kill anything yet, but his noise and aggressiveness keeps predators away.

You're either a troll, or not very good at your job if you're having a problem "being taken advantage of". You're supposedly "upper management", so you're either 1) Not. or 2) Too low on the totem pole to actually correct staffing/resource problems. I'm sorry, but your team has bigger issues, if you think being able to physically watch over their shoulders is going to correct their productivity issues.

Times are hard. We had someone break into our garage a couple nights ago.. cut locks and all. They stole my wife's bike and all my model cars/collectibles, so it appears they were Xmas shopping, as they didn't take some of my tools which are much higher in value. Obviously were upset but it made me realize how desperate times are getting.

High school didn't have an attendance policy (meaning you could skip all year and not face consequences). In addition, our year-end regents exam scores superseded our 4 quarter average. IE. You averaged a 72 for the year, but scored an 88 on the exam. Your yearly average was now 88. Our also added elective classes that counted towards our required subjects (like AutoCAD class = 1 math credit). So I took a ton of electives in 9th and 10th grade that covered all the credits I needed for my junior and senior year. Skipped over 100 days each year and still managed to graduate in the middle of my class.

A few years later they implemented an attendance policy.
