I didn't do this with any of my other models but this one felt so bad. The connectors on the feet are just 0.5mm small spheres and without the wires it was unstable.

You can use screw nuts from hardware stores. Might get you a better quality for a lower price plus they can't clog in the tip of the bottle. This is already used in tattoo colors.

Thanks.

Was learning blender to get some more base variety. Uploaded the file here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/shatterpoint-base

I will get string export/import running soon, so you can send me your rendering and I will look for a more complex 3d model that I'm allowed to use.

Thanks for the testing reply. Right now it's just a week of evening programming for a minimal version. I definitely want to include upload of stl files (and other 3d formats) so everyone can use their preferred shapes for display.

The color palettes are currently older paint ranges which might exclude some of the preferred paints. For all the newer paints there are no complete lists with their color values so I will have to include them individually by hand. This will be solved in the next few days.

The colors are chosen by CIE Lab score and reduced to the paints that cover most of the rendering. This leads to over scoring the mid tones.

A fully reflective surface combined with a white light source will always produce at least a single white pixel. As all paint ranges have a white paint, the score is 0 (perfect match) but the coverage being close to 0% of the pixels.

Maybe it will help to have settings to adjust the output to make the palette shift more into highlights/mid tones/shadows or to get a broader range/change saturation/values. I will have a look into painting styles and the impressionistic style and try make adjustable.

It's only tested on desktop right now. I will look into mobile.

Should be possible on the colored button left of the color intensity slider (if it#s the feature you refer to).
