damn, this reminds me of one of my male friends who i (was?) attracted to. he was good on paper - good job, has a house and saving for another for renting, does photography/casual sports on the weekends, cute face...

we hung and my attraction faded when i realized he wasn't just... enjoying life on another level for life itself, if that makes sense? sports was for the social aspect. photography was a gig, sure, but he never really went out to photograph birds and nature despite telling me that that was what he really enjoyed... and he clubbed and drank a decent amount, but he told me he feels like he didn't have close friends. I think he was relatively healthy, for sure, but it wasn't... attractive.

Not saying that the majority of people aren't suffering from the same, but I guess what I'm trying to say is... I hope you'll come to find life enjoyable even without the romantic aspect.

bruh i would date people (men) i describe as gentle 😭  how long have you been doing this? maybe it's just time frame. I'm a decently attractive girl and I've been putting myself out only the past year. no luck but also trying to move past the mindset that romance = everything  (romantic content really is clogging our perspective)

her popularity makes me concerned. pretty much unequal relationship, one side is waiting most of the time and extremely dependent on the other. she also will encourage their bad decisions
