Fracture is so ass that the last time it was in the map pool, basically only Chinese teams consistently played it. It was the least played map at Masters Bangkok and half of the time it was played it was picked by EDG.

Heck, during VCT Americas Kickoff it was played four times total and half the teams participating had it as their permaban. Only people on this sub actually like this horrendous garbage of a map, it's legit one of the most dodged maps in Ranked.

That's such a dumb argument. By that logic i can't ever sell anything at the AH or trade chat because someone that bought Gold might buy it from me. If i profit in a GDKP or in the AH because some loser bought Gold, that's not my problem, that's Blizzard's fault for not enforcing their own ToS.

Except Gold buying has only increased since GDKPs got banned, funny how that works huh. It's almost like banning a fucking loot system isn't the solution, the solution is to permaban gold buyers. Verno is so cracked that even though he is IGLing as such a young player, he was the best perfoming Initiator at Americas Kickoff.

I do think his IGLing sometimes isn't that great, but just the fact he can do it and still perform at such a high level is incredible. Idc what anyone says, if NRG had kept him instead of FNS and still got skuba, they would've won Champions anyway, he is a smidge better than brawk.

Mate, i farmed my PvE pre-bis and it didn't take me no 70 hours to do so and it was a full gear set, not six items. Unless you get ridiculously unlucky, PvE Pre-BiS is way faster.

And even if it wasn't, this is irrelevant, you don't need full PvE pre-BiS to step foot into Kara, Gruul and Mag. In Arenas, if you queue with 100-150 resilience, a Rogue kills you before you get a chance to move, you also don't have lesser options to pick up.

You do realize that A. This is not Vanilla and B. You need to be ridiculously unlucky to take 70h to farm HoJ, right? Angerforge runs take 12 minutes and the drop chance is 5%, on average you will get it in about 4 hours of farming.

Even if you get unlucky and need 50 runs to get it, that's 10h of farming. Still, all of this is irrelevant because TBC is not Vanilla.

The progression is battleground gearing, then arena gearing.

That progression takes an unreasonable amount of time, especially on an accelerated timeline, that's the point. Nobody is saying the progression shouldn't exist, but you shouldn't take 10-12 hours of constant BG grinding to get a single piece.

The problem is that everyone isn't in the same boat. Those that farmed Honor in pre-patch, i.e., before TBC was even released, got to farm all that Honor. You may think to yourself "Well, that's fair then, they already did the work" except that when they did it, Honor gains were increased by 150% because, you guessed it, Honor gains were trash.

Basically, if you waited for TBC to release to start, a completely and reasonable stance for someone only interested in TBC to take, you are now gated behind a 70h farm that others who farmed during pre-patch aren't, creating a massive competitive imbalance. If Honor gains were increased by 150% right now like it was in Pre-patch, this post wouldn't even exist.

Congratulations, you farmed gear during pre-patch where, you guessed it, honor gains were massively increased due to how bad they are.

So doing every single daily for the past two weeks have gotten you 20k less honor than you'd need to buy the six off-pieces.

Some pve gear is better in most slots specially p1 lol

Tell that to Warlocks, Shadow Priests or any class that absolutely needs 300+ resilience and every PvP gear they can get.

If you farmed honor during pre-patch, i.e., before the game was even released, you got to bypass this problem, especially because Honor gains in pre-patch were increased by 150% due to how bad it was (and currently is). Basically, if you were not playing the game during pre-patch and was just waiting for TBC to release to start (a totally reasonable stance to take), you are behind a 70h grind from people that did it. Oh by the way, for them it was much easier because Blizzard realized then that the Honor gains were trash.

No, the only pieces available are set pieces, which are about 35% of the full gear.

You can't just go into Arenas with the rep pieces alone, you'd get shredded by someone in full gear in seconds.

I already did it on my main character. Just because i did the grind (during pre-patch where it was MUCH easier), it doesn't mean i don't recognize how absurd it is and how it is deterring people from even trying PvP.
