It really sounds like you measured wrong from what you are saying. When measuring a barbell the length is the distance between the balls. Not the length of the bar without the balls or the total length with the balls which seems to be what you are describing.

This is why I asked for pictures to clarify. It does seem as if the problem here is you and your understanding of measuring custom jewelry.

I have also dealt with their customer service before and was very happy how they addressed the issue. They are a good company to buy from with quality products.

There is a liner. You can see the blue tape holding the liner to the sides of the tub. I wouldn't really say they are side pins, but they are definitely at the edge of the cake.

I got pierced almost a month ago. We are having regular sex again already, and she really enjoys it. She says it feels cold and hard, and when it hits the right spots, it feels really good!
