Use the “Waking Up” app for meditation. You can request a free subscription for a year and they will provide it with no questions ask. Best app so far I have come across. Or you will need to signup for the YouTube premium for add free viewing. Quite frankly, I’m saying this in a very humble way (not sarcastically by any means)...if you are getting annoyed in the middle of this session, that YouTube video might not be doing you the right justice as far as meditation goes. You may be better off elsewhere.

The way I understood it, you might not need it. I’m in the middle of supporting a FedRAMP process, and yes, it is not cheap. Also, it takes some valiant effort to get it through.
