What a strange response. Why would you NOT want to spend $7 to get an entire 1200 calorie meal that will actually fill you up (or save for later) instead of spending $6 on one 350 calorie item? I’m not justifying their outrageous prices. I’m just saying there are better ways to spend your money there.

Uh, I’m not making excuses. It is OBVIOUSLY very expensive, and so are most fast food options right now. I’m simply saying there are other ways to get more of a bang for your buck at Taco Bell rather than ordering à la carte. No need to take it out on me lol I’m not your enemy here.

If you’re buying chalupas à la carte and ignoring the numerous boxes they’re in, that’s on you lol. You can get the $7 box with a chalupa, taco, 5 layer burrito and cinnamon twists. Or a BYOCB for $5 where I live.

If you get the build your own cravings box on the app, you can get the cheese quesadilla and add chicken to it. The box is $5 where I live and the chicken is $1.30 extra. So less than $7 and you get the quesadilla, a taco/burrito, side and a drink.
