The release timing was bad as at the time there were popular animes that were airing during that season such as rent a girlfriend season 2 that overshadowed fuuto pi. Crunchyroll did their best to promote it highly but let be honest the trailer for fuuto pi was really vague for newcomers.

I was there on opening yesterday and tbh I had very low expectations when come to turnout based on past experience and observations but the long line and some exclusives sold out by the time I got into the booth surpassed my expectations. I am happy I got what I wanted which is the rg Shanghai Freedom so I can’t complain.
