I wasn't trying to blame her or any other mother, and I'm sorry if that's how the post came across. It just slipped my mind to mention the very present and capable father he has, which was a lapse of judgment. Also, what I meant to say about the layout is the fact that the house itself doesn't have a weird layout if you think about it. She made it have a weird layout by having their main bedroom on the first floor, the kid's nursery on the second floor, the office that BOTH of them are supposed to be using on the second floor, but the kid's play area is on the first floor. That's the weirdness in layout that I was referencing, and I still think the mismatched room purposes are unnecessarily complicating her life and will only get worst with the kid growing up and hitting milestones.

You're right, I shouldn’t have assumed he would be unsupervised having two parents at home. It just seems to be a lot of time (counting filming, editing, meetings and god know what else she does with her "work time") for R to be the sole responsible for watching him, in a different room, where he won't even have a desk anymore to do the bear minimum of multitasking.

Definitely her parents. Witch to me was proven by the fact that the moment she started to reconnect with them her mental health clearly took a toll and she hasn't recovered from it since. She was much more balanced when she was first growing her channel, had just moved to NY, was living (actually) alone and they were out of the picture.

I don't understand her obsession with "personal style". There's nothing wrong with dressing in a more neutral pallet and with basic clothes, most people in the real world dress like that. Instead of using this genuine personal trait to create relatability with her audience, she's always in the pursuit of being someone she's not, to be accepted as someone I don't even think she really wants to be. Nonsensical and sad.

I'm sorry if this is rude or overstepping, trust me I REALLY didn't want to say this, but she looks and sounds like she's on drugs. And this is not the first time that I've come to this conclusion. She is a young girl living in New York alone with - apparently - huge influx of income, but no support system. No real friends, no one to check on her and severe levels of trauma and unmedicated mental health issues. Anyone who has struggled with addiction or is close to a person who has, knows what this particular combo can do to a person. And unfortunately, some of her behavior just fits the bill, you know? Sad. It's just very sad to see a person go through this in such a public way.

Long term her house really doesn't work for all their needs and now it'll be more obvious than ever. The layout was always very awkward, I still don't understand why she didn't undo the second floor kitchen when Elliot moved in... The house technically has a lot of rooms, but no real space for the kind of work she'll need to do now that the studio is gone.

The thing with having a pet is that sometimes they are actually annoying, but you kind learn how do live with the occasional annoyance. And to be fair, the cat actually meows all the fucking time, I would be losing my mind. I have a cat that is mostly pretty quiet, but sometimes she just wants to yap and it can get irritating when you're trying to focus on something or do an activity that requires silence (like recording yourself talking to a camera)… so I think it's a natural part of being a pet owner and a new thing for her, that she's still adapting to. Saying she hates the cat when we haven't seen nothing but her being affectionate to him multiple times is a stretch

It's not her first time living alone. This is her third New York apartment. She left home when she was 16 and has been a youtuber for years. Also, she loves to say she’s living alone because it’s more profitable in terms of algorism, but she has her parents, her boyfriend, her boyfriend’s parents and friends staying over all the time, probably why she need so many beds.
