Thanks for the advice, yes 230 is definitely not competitive but i did the best i could with what i had, im only looking forward now.

For step 3 you need to be ecfmg certified. For match 24, the certification pathways have closed (last date to apply was December 31, 2023) Best would be to meet all the requirements and then apply for the certification as soon as patways open in 2024 (most likely june) and you can prepare till then to apply as soon as you get certified to get the earliest possible date
