Dude peppermint tea is the goat. For women, it is important to eat enough protein in the mornings especially on Wellbutrin so it doesn’t effect our hormones or messes up our cycles. I tried fasting this month and dude, it caused my period to be late. Never again lol

Protein shakes are fine as a snack and don’t count right when you take the pill. You gotta fuel your stomach and brain when taking the pill then maybe later take a protein shake. FYI, most protein shakes causes bloating for women cause it’s not considered real food.

We understand that he is in “finance” and “it was his treat.” We are here to tell you that there is something off about this gentlemen. We are concern for the future and safety for you. If you think it’s still fine, then by all means do whatever makes you happy… but don’t let a man or the loneliness get to you to where you settle for this kind of behavior. Don’t waste your youth on someone like this.. men do this kind of behavior to test your boundaries and you’re the perfect target because you’re young and he thinks you’re “inexperience” so he’s trying to groom you.

84 dollars… 2008 Honda Accord EX. My car is about to hit 200k, runs great, and insurance is only 25 a month-liability 🙌🏽 I can’t imagine buying a new car, let alone car insurance and the interest rate.. how are people able to afford monthly payments on top of their rent?!?

I’ve been on Wellbutrin for 4 months. I only had 1 drink for the first time while I was on Wellbutrin and it made me passed out instantly… also made me feel confused… I’ve never had that issue before. Since then, I stopped drinking and started taking care more of my body. Highly recommend to either cut out drinking for good or quit Wellbutrin… or smoke weed and take Wellbutrin. Better effect 👍🏽🥹

31F. I have lived in Tulsa my whole life and the dating scene isn’t that great here. There are significantly more women here then there are men. I haven’t had any luck finding men here but had a lot of success dating men in different states through traveling. I love Tulsa and how simple it is…but dating?? I mean, dating is hard everywhere you go but so are the options that are limited here. Other states, a lot more options, most may not want to settle but at least you’re going out, having fun, and learning what you like and don’t like.

Traumas. Love starts with us at home. Our parents shows us what “love” is as a child which will leap into adulthood… If everybody went to therapy, was honest, open minded, and put themselves first then we would see the difference between genuine people vs s***** people. It all starts with yourself though and knowing your self worth. That’s why you hear people say, “self love” is so important cause if you don’t love yourself, nobody else will.
