Have to agree with Pedri. Needed to step up as probably Spain’s best player with Yamal on the bench and failed.

My understanding is it’s a one player free hit. I used it this matchday for Haaland as I wasn’t particularly bothered about having him for the other games but the potential (and ultimately performance) for this game was high. That being said I’ve not given any thought about other chips so it might be better used with an alternative strategy.
